We are 20 minutes drive from the Forth Road Bridge.
Local attractions closer to home include Falkland Palace and Village 10 minutes away, the majestic Lomond Hills with their many walking and cycling tracks which are just on the doorstep. We have Balvaird Castle and The Scottish Off Road Driving Centre to visit locally as well as Pitmedden Wood just to the East with its many walks to see wildlife and very exciting cycling tracks. Perth, the Fair Maids City, is only 10 miles to the north with its famous attractions such as Scone Palace, Branklyn Gardens, Perth Racecourse and the Perth Concert Hall, all just a short drive away. Kinross just to the west has Loch Leven to visit and see the Castle or you can walk around the Loch itself and see the wildlife at Vane Farm RSPB reserve.
As a thriving local pub we offer you a warm welcome and we hope you will come and enjoy a few drinks while having your lunch or an evening meal. On draft we offer traditional Scottish Belhaven Ales, Carling and Tennents lager as well as Guiness and Blackthorn Cider. We have a large selection of Whiskies and all served with a smile.
We are extremely proud of our food which is always freshly prepared using locally sourced produce. Our fish comes fresh from J. Corson of Pittenweem and our meat is supplied by the multi award winning J Pirie & Son of Newtyle in Angus. Our Game is all sourced within a few miles of the pub and we have pheasant, duck and venison depending on the season.
We very much look forward to welcoming you to our pub and enjoying what we offer.
