The Menus are all created by Andy and Kirstine Brodie. Andy was formerly the Executive Chef at the 4 Star Marriott Hotel in Glasgow. He has always believed in cooking with the finest local produce wherever possible, and presenting it in a contemporary manner. Kirstine was formerly at the 5 Star De Vere Cameron House Hotel on the banks of Loch Lomond and has a passionate commitment to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
